    I have purchase the Combo C Reinecare package and have received the product. As part of the promotion, I was also supposed to receive a free small box of Reinecare and 6 raffle vouchers. However, I only received an additional 5 sachets of Reinecare and DID NOT receive any raffle vouchers. I have contacted you several times to confirm whether the five sachets are intended to be the “small box of Reinecare” mentioned in the promotion, and also to check on the status of the six raffle vouchers.
